Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup rajma(boiled)


  • 1/4 cup tomato-seeded and chopped


  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated


  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce or according to taste


  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce or according to taste


  • 1/4 tsp Salt or to taste


  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1tsp chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp ginger green chilli paste


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1To grease bun


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 2-3 garlic cloves chopped


  • 1/4 tsp oregano

Directions

  • Soak rajma in water for 3-4 hours
  • After 4 hours pressure cook, allowing for 5-6 whistle or until cook well
  • Drained out the excess water
  • Now in a pan or kadahi add 1 tbsp ghee or oil
  • Pour chopped onion, cook till translucent,add ginger green chilli paste
  • Add rajma,mix with spatula
  • Add salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt, turmeric powder saute for 30 second
  • Add red chilli sauce,soya,sauce, tomato sauce, chilli flakes,mix well
  • Turn off flame,add mozzarella cheese,mix well
  • Now cut out small circles from buns, leaving margins
  • In a bowl microwave 1 tbsp butter with chopped garlic cloves and oregano
  • With the help of brush apply butter inside all over the buns
  • Fill rajma in buns with the help of spoon,garnish chopped tomato, coriander leaves and grated cheese
  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes
  • Remove from oven spread some sauce serve hot
